If \(\mathbf{a} = \mathbf{i} - 2\mathbf{k}\) and \(\mathbf{b} = \mathbf{j} + \mathbf{k}\), find \(\mathbf{a} \times \mathbf{b}\). Sketch a, b, and \(\mathbf{a} \times \mathbf{b}\) as vectors starting at the origin.
